RESCHEDULING / CANCELLATION POLICY
Please note that I kindly ask you to reschedule or cancel your appointment least 1 day its scheduled time

RESCHEDULING.:
I give grace when someone has to reschedule last minute. life happens and appointments need to be rescheduled due to sickness or emergencies. My reschedule policy will allow for ONE rescheduled appointment within the 24 hour period. If rescheduling becomes a common practice I will enforce the reschedule as a cancellation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you need make any changes with less than 24 hours notice, $75 reschedule will apply. An invoice will be sent to you, and once it's paid you may reschedule your appointment. Thank you for your understanding.
REFUND POLICY
I will always do what I can to ensure that you are happy with your service. If for some reason you feel we did not meet your goals as determined during our consultation. Please notify me within 3 days of your service and I will invite you back in to make adjustments, at no charge. This offer is only extended (for chemical services) if the hair care recommended is purchased through one of my affiliate sites. I can not guarantee the authenticity of products purchased elsewhere and what their affect may be on your hair. This does not apply if I provide the service we agreed upon at the consultation and you've changed your mind after you see it on you. I do not provide refunds of any kind for any service rendered. Products purchased from one of my affiliate sites must be returned through them.
CHILDREN IN THE SALON
Please understand that I am a professional who provides services that are not suitable for children. It's important to ensure their safety and therefore, you request that children under 10 do not attend your service. Children who are 10 and above and can sit quietly in the waiting area may attend when needed. It's important to prioritize safety!
PRICING VARATIONS
I have structured my service pricing to be customizable to each guests individual hair . Most services are shown with a price range. Each color, highlight or treatment service is designed with specific product and time allotments built in. Please know that if you have long hair, thick hair, porous hair or hair that is resistant to color or takes longer to process due to natural melanin level, additional product and time will be charged.
I will do my best to estimate this for you in our consultation, however if this is our first session together, I don’t know your hair and will not know until we are into the service. Thank you for your understanding and allowing me to continue to keep my prices fair for all guests
